The use of the property (as commercial or a shop etc.) will need to be determined beforehand and if need be we will assist you with any application for change of use.
If you are buying a going concern such as a pub or a car dealer and the property is part of the purchase then we will assist you with the due diligence of the business by communicating with your accountant, the agent as well as most importantly you.
Where you are being assisted by a mortgage or business loan your Lender will be kept updated throughout and we will also attend to any enquires they may have.
We include all face to face meetings in our fixed fee ensuring that you understand what you are buying and that any questions you may have regarding the title, the forms (Commercial Property Standard Enquiries (CPSE1) or any other information is dealt with to your satisfaction.
