If you’re selling then the auctioneer will require you to upload a “Seller’s Pack”. This consists of:
1. The Property Information Form
2. Fixtures and Fittings Form
3. Leasehold Information Form (if appropriate)
4. The following searches:
a) Local Authority Search
b) Water and Drainage Search
c) Environmental Search
d) Energy Performance Certificate) EPC
This assists the buyer so that an informed decision may be made about the price.
