My job in a nutshell:
Helping with the day to day running of conveyancing files, which involves lots of updating, keeping files updated, and guiding clients through an exciting, potentially stressful time and making it as easy to understand and navigate as possible.
The best/most challenging things about my job…
The best thing about my job is being able to help clients through the transactions, being happy and excited for first time buyers and seeing clients achieve what they have worked for in getting a bigger/ better house. I also find it very rewarding to be there for clients who need support in selling properties after losing loved ones. Keeping up with compliance and regulations is the challenge!
