My job in a nutshell:
To lead and manage the Family and Private Client Depts, to include managing the staff, trainees and newly-qualifieds, to assume a leading role in taking the firm to the next level.
The best/most challenging things about my job…
I enjoy my primary role as a solicitor but have taken pride in my role as a trainer and developer of talent. The great challenge of the position is to be able to maintain all roles well.
