Celebrating success – from admin support to qualified solicitor

Last updated: July 4, 2025

We are delighted to share the fantastic news that Charles Crush has officially qualified as a solicitor. He will be continuing his career in our Family Law department which he joined in 2023.

Charles first joined Bridger’s Law at the start of 2021, initially supporting us with administrative work as the firm continued to operate through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. His dedication and positive attitude quickly made him an important part of our team.

In April 2021 Charles became a full-time employee, and by October 2022 he began his journey as a Trainee Solicitor. Over the past two years, he has worked diligently whilst undertaking the rigorous Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) pathway.

We are delighted to announce that Charles has now successfully completed his SQE2 and has qualified as a Solicitor. He joins our Family Department as a newly qualified solicitor, where he is already making a meaningful impact. Notably, Charles recently secured a successful outcome in a complex case involving Child Arrangements and also handled an exceptional matter that spanned five days in court (fairly rare nowadays in family law proceedings), regarding an Occupation Order. We’re thrilled to see his dedication and skill shine through so early in his career. Exceptional work from a rising star!

Reflecting on the milestone, Charles had this to say
“I’m very relieved that the hard work has paid off and I’m excited about the next steps in my career. I’m hoping to achieve some good results for my clients, and quick progression in my role. I’ve learnt a lot about different areas of law that overlap with Family, which has given me a better understanding of the client’s situation overall, rather than purely their matrimonial or children issues.”

We are incredibly proud of Charles’ achievement and look forward to seeing him thrive in this next chapter of his career with Bridger’s Law.
