As we celebrate International Women’s Day, Bridger’s Law is proud to shine a spotlight on our Practice Manager and co‑founder, Jodi Bridger, who has been featured in the March edition of Kent Life as part of their WOW Women of Kent special.
Jodi’s career is a powerful example of resilience, reinvention, and leadership. From starting out as an oil‑firm receptionist to becoming a Company Secretary at just 20 years old, Jodi built her early career navigating boardrooms in a male‑dominated corporate era. She later moved into aviation, becoming the PR lead for the world’s only professional wing‑walking team, securing major sponsorships from brands such as Cadbury’s and Mitsubishi.
After a rewarding period working in special education whilst raising her family, Jodi returned to office management – this time in the legal sector. In 2019, she and her husband founded Bridger’s Law Ltd. Since opening, the practice has grown from a team of five to a thriving team of forty across two offices, with Jodi playing a key leadership role that is driven by her commitment to community, client care, and empowering the people around her.
A Leader Who Lifts Others Up
Internally, Jodi’s influence can be felt across every part of the business, especially through the people she mentors. Members of her team shared the following reflections:
