Support the team which means everything from having the fastest typing fingers in the west, being reassuringly calm on the phone, and being able to make a decent cuppa.

The best, is congratulating clients on their purchase/sale. The most challenging, are things that should be easy or straightforward that turn out to be time-consuming and tricky.
